Aggregate Washers

Aggregate samples are automatically washed to remove clay and other fines passing a No. 200 sieve. Inconsistencies and the high cost of manual methods are eliminated. The inclined, motorized stainless-steel drum rotates to agitate the sample until water overflow from the lip of the drum is clear. Drum is 11" diameter x 13", driven by 1/12 hp gear motor. Permanent water connection with valve provided.

The table top unit is supplied with a permanent water connect with regulator valve, tubing, saddle valve, stainless-steel goose-neck water tube with swivel connection, and a 6' power cord with GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) for operator safety. Stainless-steel removable drum measures 9" diameter x 10 3/4". Allows placement on counter top next to sink drain
