LA Abrasion Machine
Meets ASTM C-131, C-535 and AASHTO T-96 specifications.
The LA abrasion machine tests crushed rocks, slag, and gravel for resistance to abrasion. Heavy-duty .5" thick steel drum rotated by a 1 HP (746W) motor. Automatic pre-set counter stops motor after drum has completed desired number of revolutions.
Unit includes: counter, material catch pan, and 1 abrasion charge consisting of 12 hardened steel balls.
