Tube Sampler, Bulk Cement

Sampler is used for sampling hydraulic cement in bulk shipments. Item has two polished brass telescopic tubes with registering slots (with partitions) that open or close by rotation of the inner tube. The outer tube has a sharp point for penetration. Sampler is 1 3/8" (35mm) dia. x approximately 63" (160 cm) long.
